Je publie aujourd’hui une de mes photos préférées, intitulée Le Smartphoniste Solitaire, mais qui me pose un problème de droit à l’image ; en effet, je ne connais pas le jeune homme qui y figure et qui serait identifiable en zoomant (c’est pourquoi je publie à regret cette photo en résolution un peu réduite). Si par le plus grand des hasards, cette personne venait sur le site, elle n’aurait qu’à m’écrire : soit je supprimerai la photo si elle me le demande, soit je lui offrirai cette photo en haute résolution si elle lui plaît. J’ai fait beaucoup de versions de cette photo, dont deux en granulographie ont déjà été publiées .
Today I am publishing one of my favorite photos, entitled The Solitary Smartphonist, but which poses a problem for me regarding image rights; in fact, I do not know the young man who appears there and who would be identifiable by zooming in (this is why I am publishing with regret this photo in slightly reduced resolution). If by the greatest chance, this person came to the site, they would only have to write to me: either I will delete the photo if they ask me, or I will offer them this photo in high resolution if they like it.
